East Coast Hobby Show

Farpoint
A fan run sci-fi convention held at the Marriott Hunt Valley Hotel every February in Hunt Valley MD. The Collective sponsors a model contest at this convention each year.

MosquitoCon
This is a New Jersey IPMS sponsored model contest and show. It is held every spring in Wayne, New Jersey at the PAL Hall. Although largely a military model crowd we sometimes find sci-fi models too.

Shore Leave
A fan run sci-fi convention for over 25 years, Shore Leave is held every July at the Marriott Hunt Valley Hotel in MD. The Collective sponsors a "Make-it and Take-it" workshop at this convention each year.

Wonderfest
Held in the spring in Louisville, KY every year, Wonderfest is the largest sci-fi modeling convention in the USA. It features movie special effects guests, a large model contest, many dealers, and panels to improve your modeling skills.
